I graduated December 2019 with an MSc in Marketing (Distinction), and have also achieved the CIM Certificate in Marketing, a Diploma in Nursing, BA (Hons) and PhD and BA in Social Anthropology. Further skills training: Counselling and Life Coaching, and currently Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro. I live in Belfast with my husband Fintan and four fab daughters. After a career in mental health and social research, I recently entered the marketing world and help creative arts and therapy freelancers build their businesses and grow their audiences and clientele. Check the blog for updates on safe social protocols in the midst of ‘new normal’, to ensure client and audience safety alongside a return to appropriate enjoyment of your unique services and products.

I can help you understand your audience to generate leads and increase sales.

Here’s my experience:

My Recent Work Experience

Box Office and Customer Research Assistant at The Crescent Arts Centre, Belfast
(May 2019 –  January 2020) In addition to helping with customers and events, I carried out an audience research study for The Belfast Book Festival at The Crescent in June 2019. Numerous actionable insights were gained and applied in future planning.

Postgraduate Student at Queen’s University, Belfast
(Sept 2018 – December 2019) While a gruelling and demanding course as a full-time student, I loved the intensive learning and gained a lot of knowledge and skills over the year. It was fantastic to meet new people and make new friends. Fellow students were amazing, lecturers fabulous, and the industry experts who guest lectured were an additional source of inspiration.

Sales Co-worker at IKEA Belfast
(April 2016 – August 2018) I worked in the Textiles Department and loved every minute of it. The staff are fabulous and I miss them all to this day! IKEA is such a creative and vibrant environment and I was well and truly bitten by the Marketing bug during my time there. I am also still and forever in love with all things Swedish!
